Тэднийг Эрүүгийн хуулийн 19.11-1 дэх хэсэгт заасан “Төрийн нууцад хамаарах мэдээ, баримт, эд зүйлсийг хулгайлсан, цуглуулсан, хадгалсан нь эх орноосоо урвах, тагнуул хийх гэмт хэргийн шинжгүй” гэх заалтын дагуу сэжигтнээр татан шалгаж эхэлсэн байна.

З.Төрмандахын гүйцэтгэх захирлаар ажиллаж байгаа  Төрийн нууцыг хууль бусаар олж авахаар завдсан гэх “М-Армор”, "М кастл" нь “МCS”-ийн охин компани. “М-Армор” ХХК нь  “MCS”-ийн оффис, үйлдвэр, уурхайн харуул хамгаалалт, “MCS”-ийн бэлэн мөнгө, бичиг баримт, чухал ачааны тээвэрлэлт, “MCS”-ийн оффис, орон сууц, үйлчилгээний байгууллагуудын дотоод нэгдсэн камер, дохиоллын сүлжээний хяналт зэргийг 24 цагаар хариуцаж ажилладаг. 

Харин "М кастл" гэх компанийн тухайд 2024 оны 12 дугаар сарын 31-ний өдөр байгуулагдсан. Үйл ажиллагааны тухайд хувийн бие хамгаалалт хийдэг.

Дөрвөн ажилтантайгаа саатуулагдсан З.Төрмандахын бие муудаж, эмнэлэгт хүргэгдсэн бөгөөд түргэний машинаар ирж мэдүүлгээ өгчээ.
