Өнгөрөгч долоо хоногийн УИХ-ын чуулганы нэгдсэн хуралдаанаар Гашуунсухайт-Ганцмод боомтын төмөр замын Засгийн газар хоорондын хэлэлцээрийг соёрхон баталсан. 

Гашуунсухайт-Ганцмод боомтын хил дамнасан төмөр зам, нүүрсний экспортыг нэмэгдүүлэх Засгийн газар хоорондын хэлэлцээр нь Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын 14 мега төслийн нэгдүгээрт эрэмбэлэгдсэн бөгөөд төмөр замын бүтээн байгуулалтыг 2027 онд багтаан дуусгахаар төлөвлөж буй. 

Одоо Гашуунсухайт-Ганцмод боомтын ажил ААН-үүдийн харилцаанд шилжсэн. БНХАУ-ын “Чайна Энержи” болон манай Эрдэнэс Тавантолгой ХК-ийн хооронд гэрээнүүд хийгдэж, ажлууд явагдана.

Төмөр замын бүтээн байгуулалтын ажлыг нэг зурагтай, нэг гүйцэтгэгчээр хийлгэх манай саналыг Хятадын тал хүлээн аваагүй. Иймд энэ сард төрийн болон орон нутгийн өмчийн хөрөнгөөр бараа, ажил, үйлчилгээ худалдан авах хуулийн дагуу барилгын ажлын гүйцэтгэгчийг Төрийн худалдан авах ажиллагааны газарт тендер зарлаж, сонгон шалгаруулахаар ажиллаж байна. Тендерийн хуулийн хугацаа 30 хоног. Сарын хугацаанд гүйцэтгэгчийг сонгон шалгаруулах учиртай.

Манайд зарласан тендерт БНХАУ-ын тал компаниудаа тендерийн дагуу оруулж ирнэ. Ингэснээр хил дамнасан төмөр замын бүтээн байгуулалтын ажлыг тавдугаар сарын 1-нээс эхлүүлэх боломжтой гэж үзэж байна. Төмөр замын төслийн төсөвт өртөг нарийвчилсан зураг төслийн дагуу урьдчилсан тооцооллоор 976 тэрбум төгрөгийн хөрөнгө оруулалт шаардлагатай. Энэ мөнгийг “Эрдэнэс Тавантолгой” компаниас гаргахаар төлөвлөсөн.

Хэрэв төлөвлөсөн хугацаандаа ажлаа эхлүүлж чадвал төмөр замын бүтээн байгуулалтыг 1.9 жилийн дотор бүрэн дуусгах төлөвлөгөөтэй. 2027 оноос төмөр зам холбогдон, ашиглалтад оруулна.
