“Сэлбэ” дэд төвийг түшиглэн гэр хорооллыг орон сууцжуулах төсөл хэрэгжиж байгаа Сүхбаатар дүүргийн 14, Чингэлтэй дүүргийн 14, 18 дугаар хороонд газар чөлөөлөлтийн ажил үргэлжилж байна. Уг төслийн хүрээнд 158 га талбайд 12 мянган айлын орон сууцыг барих бөгөөд өнөөдрийн байдлаар 1620 иргэний газрыг чөлөөлж, нөхөн олговрыг шийдвэрлэлээ. Энэ талаар нийслэлийн Газар зохион байгуулалтын албаны Газар чөлөөлөх хэлтсийн дарга Н.Мөнхбаяраас тодрууллаа.
Тэрбээр “Нийслэл Улаанбаатар хотын замын хөдөлгөөний түгжрэлийг бууруулах, гэр хорооллыг орон сууцжуулах тухай хуулийн дагуу “Сэлбэ” дэд төвийг түшиглэн гэр хорооллыг орон сууцжуулах төсөл хэрэгжиж байгаа Сүхбаатар дүүргийн 14 дүгээр хороо, Чингэлтэй дүүргийн 14, 18 дугаар хорооны нутаг дэвсгэрт нийт 158 га талбайд газар чөлөөлөлтийг зохион байгуулж байна. Өнгөрсөн гуравдугаар сарын 18-наас тухайн нөлөөлөлд өртөж байгаа иргэдээс “Сэлбэ” дэд төвийн төслийг дэмжиж байгаа эсэх талаар санал асуулгыг авсан. Санал асуулгад оролцсон иргэдийн 96.5 хувь нь дэмжсэн учраас нөхөн олговортойгоор газар чөлөөлөх ажлыг эхэлсэн.
Өнөөдрийн байдлаар нийт нөлөөлөлд өртөгч иргэдээс 1633 иргэнтэй гэрээ байгуулсан. Үүнээс нийслэлийн Засаг даргын 30 удаагийн захирамжаар 1620 иргэний нөхөн олговрын хөрөнгийг шийдвэрлээд байна. Бидний одоо ажиллаж буй Сүхбаатар дүүргийн 14 дүгээр хорооны нутаг дэвсгэрт “Сэлбэ” дэд төвийн эхний ээлжийн тендер зарлагдаж, зарим талбайд цэвэрлэгээ үйлчилгээг хийсэн, зарим хэсэгт буулгалт явагдаж байна” гэлээ.
“Сэлбэ” дэд төвийн газар чөлөөлөлтийн нэг онцлог гэвэл иргэд байшингийн суурь, нурж, элэгдсэн барилга байгууламж зэргээ буулгахгүйгээр орхисон ч болно. Улаанбаатар хотын зүгээс газраа чөлөөлүүлсэн айлуудын хашаа, гэр, байшингийн суурь, үлдээсэн хог хаягдлыг цэвэрлэх ажлыг мэргэжлийн байгууллагаар хийлгэж байгаа юм.
