2023 оны 12 дугаар сарын 07-ны өдрийн зөрчлийн тухай хуулийн нэмэлт өөрчлөлтөөр зөвшөөрөлгүй нийтийн тээвэр, таксины үйлчилгээ эрхэлсэн бол хүнийг таван мянган нэгжтэй тэнцэх хэмжээний төгрөгөөр, хуулийн этгээдийг тавин мянган нэгжтэй тэнцэх хэмжээний төгрөгөөр торгохоор хуульчилсан. Энэ хуулийн нэмэлт өөрчлөлттэй холбогдуулан Монгол Улсын Их хурлаас 107 дугаар тогтоолыг гаргаж Засгийн газарт чиглэл хүргүүлсэн. Тодруулбал Зөрчлийн тухай хуулийн 6.30 дугаар зүйлийн 4 дэх хэсэгт заасан торгох шийтгэл цахим платформд бүртгэлтэй зорчигч тээвэрлэдэг иргэнд хамаарахгүй байхаар зохицуулах чиглэлийг хүргүүлжээ. Өөрөөр хэлбэл цахим платформд бүртгэлтэй хувийн такси үйлчилгээ эрхлэгч иргэн зөрчлийн хуулиар торгуулахгүй гэдгийг нийтийн тээврийн бодлогын газраас хэлж байна.
