Нийслэлийн Засаг дарга бөгөөд Улаанбаатар хотын захирагч Х.Нямбаатарын санаачилгаар төв цэнгэлдэх хүрээлэнг шинэчилж, орчин үеийн стандартад нийцсэн арена хэлбэрээр 30 мянган хүний суудалтай цэнгэлдэх байгуулах ажил өнгөрсөн дөрөвдүгээр сараас эхэлсэн.
Энэ хүрээнд шинэ төв цэнгэлдэх хүрээлэнгийн зураг төслийг гаргахад шаардлагатай мэргэжил, арга зүйн зөвлөгөө болон мэргэжлийн хэмжилт үзүүлэлтүүдийг гаргахаар “Populous Holdings” компанийн Олон улс хариуцсан захирал Ричард Бреслин тэргүүтэй төлөөлөгчид өнөөдөр Улаанбаатар хотод хүрэлцэн ирээд байна. Тус компанийн төлөөлөгчид төв цэнгэлдэх хүрээлэнгийн нөхцөл байдалтай танилцаж, урьдчилсан судалгаа шинжилгээ хийх юм.

Түүнчлэн “Populous Holdings” компани нь АНУ-ын Лас Вегас хотын “The Sphere Vegas”, Их Британи улсын Лондон хотын “Wembley”, “Tottenham Hotspur” зэрэг цэнгэлдэх хүрээлэнгийн зураг төслийг хийсэн 40 гаруй жилийн туршлагатай аж.
