Цагдаагийн байгууллагаас Бүгд Найрамдах Киргиз Улс, Бүгд Найрамдах Казакстан Улсуудын Интерполын Үндэсний төв товчоодтой хамтран энэ оны 05 дугаар сарын 26-нд манай улсаас Интерполын “Улаан булант” зар мэдээгээр олон улсын хэмжээнд эрэн сурвалжилж байсан Монгол Улсын иргэн “Э”-г Бүгд Найрамдах Киргиз Улсад баривчилсан.
Уг этгээд нь 2021 онд бага насны хүүхдийг хүчиндэх гэмт хэрэг үйлдээд, гадаад улсад оргон зайлж, хууль хяналтын байгууллагын хараа хяналтаас зугтаан Төв Азийн улсуудад хууль бусаар амьдарч байсан бөгөөд Киргиз Улсад байхад нь царай таних камерын систем буюу технологийн тусламжтайгаар илрүүлж, баривчлан цагдан хорьж байна.
Дээрх үйл явдалтай зэрэгцээд Киргиз улсад удаа дараа залилах гэмт хэрэг үйлдэж, Интерполын “Улаан булант” зар мэдээгээр олон улсын хэмжээнд эрэн сурвалжлагдаж, манай улсад орогнож байсан тус улсын иргэн “Б”-г “Зорчигчийн мэдээллийн урьдчилсан системээр илрүүлж” энэ оны 05 дугаар 28-ны өдөр Монгол Улсаас Казахстан улс руу гарахаас өмнө баривчилж, Чингэлтэй дүүргийн Эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхийн шийдвэрийн дагуу ШШГЕГ-ын харьяа цагдан хорих 461 дүгээр ангид цагдан хорьсон.
Энэ онд цагдаагийн байгууллагаас Интерполын шугамаар болон “Шувуу” ажиллагааны хүрээнд гадаад улсад оргон зайлсан нийт 11 гэмт этгээдийг Монгол Улсад албадан авчрах ажиллагааг гүйцэтгээд байна.
Энэхүү ажиллагаануудыг Хууль зүй дотоод хэргийн яам, Гадаад харилцааны яам, Улсын ерөнхий прокурорын газар болон Киргиз, Казакстан, Турк, Серби, Швед зэрэг улсуудын Интерполын Үндэсний төв товчоодтой хамтран хэрэгжүүлсэн.
