УИХ-ын гишүүн асан Т.Аюурсайхан, Эрдэнэс Тавантолгой ХК-ийн гүцэтгэх захирал асан Б.Ганхуяг нарын 11 хүнд холбогдох хэргийн шүүх хурал Баянзүрх, Чингэлтэй, Сүхбаатар дүүргийн Эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхэд өнөөдөр эхэлсэн ч өмгөөлөгчдийн хүсэлтээр хойшиллоо. Шүүх хуралдааны үеэр шүүгчийн зүгээс Б.Ганхуягийг нүүрсний сонсголд оролцуулах эсэх асуудлыг шүүх шийдвэрлэхгүй гэдгийг мэдэгдлээ.

 

Нүүрсний асуудлыг хянан шалгах УИХ-ын Түр хорооны дарга Б.Энхбаяр өчигдөр Чингэлтэй дүүргийн эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхэд хандсан. Тэрбээр нээлттэй сонсголд Б.Ганхуягийг гэрчээр оролцуулах боломжоор хангаж өгөхийг хүссэн. Гэвч шүүх энэ асуудлыг шийдвэрлэх боломжгүй гээд "Хэрэг шүүхэд хянагдаж байгаа. Гэрчээр оролцуулах эсэх асуудлыг шүүх шийдвэрлэхгүй. Энэ эрх хэмжээг шүүгчид олгоогүй. Энэ асуудлыг зохих байгууллагад нь гаргаж, шийдвэрлүүлэх боломжтой" гэсэн тайлбарыг шүүгч өглөө.
