Мөн "Сант" сургуулийн өргөтгөлийн нийт ажлын 80 гаруй хувийг хийж гүйцэтгэсний дараа ажлын хөлс, материалын зардлын үлдэгдэл 500 сая төгрөгийг өгөхгүйн тулд барилгын талбайгаас хөөсөн. Тиймээс АТГ, барилга байгууламжийг байнгын ашиглалтад хүлээн авах Улсын комисстой ашиг сонирхол нэгтэй гэсэн хардлага төрж байна.
