Уг аялалд 21 аймгийн 40 гаруй Сум дундын ойн ангиудын 90 гаруй мэргэжилтэн, инженерүүд оролцож, Сэлэнгэ аймгийн Ерөө, Шаамар сумдад байрлах мод үржүүлгийн газрууд, Ерөө сумын Бугант тосгонд хэрэгжиж буй “Ногоон хэрэм” төсөл, Тужийн нарс байгалийн цогцолборт газар болон Дархан-Уул аймаг дахь Ургамал, газар тариалангийн хүрээлэнгээр тус тус зочилж, ойжуулалтын технологи, нөхөн сэргээлтийн арга барилуудыг судалсан юм.

Энэхүү туршлага судлах аялал нь “Оюу толгой” компанийн “Нэг зуун сая” мод хөтөлбөрийнхөө хүрээнд зөвхөн мод тарихаас гадна ойжуулалтын ажлын бэлтгэл, хүчин чадлыг нэмэгдүүлэх, мод үржүүлгийн газруудын нөөц, бааз суурийг нь бэхжүүлэх, боловсон хүчнийг бэлтгэж, сургах зорилгын хүрээнд хийгдэж буй олон ажлуудын нэг юм.

More than 90 specialists and engineers participated in the “Forestation in the Khangai Region” study tour

Oyu Tolgoi and the Forestry Department of the Government Implementing Agency successfully co-organized the 'Forestation in the Khangai Region' study tour from October 18 to 20, 2024.

More than 90 specialists and engineers from over 40 inter-soum forestry units across 21 provinces participated in the study tour. The participants visited tree nurseries in Yeruu and Shaamar soums of Selenge province, the 'Green Belt' project in Bugant village of Yeruu soum, the Tujiin Nars National Park, and the Institute of Plant and Agricultural Science in Darkhan-Uul province. They studied forest restoration technologies and rehabilitation practices.

This study tour is part of Oyu Tolgoi's '100 Million Trees' programme, which not only focuses on tree planting but also includes significant investments in developing forestry infrastructure, training specialists, and strengthening the sector.
