Өнгөлөг. Газар нутгийнх нь 70 гаруй хувь ой мод, дөрөвний нэгээс илүү нь дархан цаазтай орон бол Бутан. Тийм учраас Бутан бол ногоон өнгөний орон. Онгоцноос буухад л энэ ногоон өнгийг та мэдэрнэ. Манай гарагийн нийт хүн амын 1/3-ээс олон 2,8 тэрбумын дундах сая хүрэхгүй бутанчууд... Уулсын дунд учир битүүлэг, нууцлаг оршдогийнх нь нэг учиг энэ ч байж магад.

1947 онд тусгаар тогтнолоо тунхаглан зарласан ч манай Монгол шиг он удаан жил шаргуу тэмцсэний үр дүнд 1971 онд л НҮБ-ын гишүүн болжээ. Дэлхий энэ улсыг Бутан гэдэг. Харин бутанчууд өөрсдийгөө, улсынхаа нэрийг Дүрүг Юл гэнэ. Энэ нь “Луугийн улс” гэсэн утгатай үг. Сонирхуулахад, олон улсын телефон ярианы код Бутаных 975 бол Монгол улсынх 976. Сонин тохиолдол.

 Бутан бол Үндсэн хуульт Хаант засаглалтай улс. 2006 оноос хойш 18 дахь жилдээ төр барьж, 2008 онд албан ёсоор сэнтийд заларсан одоогийн хааныг Цог Жавхлант Хаан Жигмэд Гэсэр Намжил Ванчиг, харин Хатныг нь Жэцүн Пема гэдэг. Баруунд боловсрол эзэмшсэн хаан ардчиллын зүг алгуур боловч алхам хийж байгаа гэж ажиглагчид үздэг.
