Монгол Улсын шүүх 2023 оны эхний хагас жилд 59197 хэрэг маргааныг хянан шийдвэрлэсэн. Үүнд:

Эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхүүд 7026 хэрэг хянан шийдвэрлэсэн нь өнгөрсөн оны мөн үеэс 7.3 хувиар буурсан байна.
Иргэний хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхүүд 32 050 хэрэг маргаан шийдвэрлэсэн нь өмнөх оноос 8.3 хувиар өссөн.
Захиргааны хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхэд 1336 хэрэг шийдвэрлэсэн нь өмнөх оноос 30.6 хувиар өссөн дүнтэй байгаа юм.

Шүүх байгууллага авлигын 153 хүнд холбогдох 61 хэргийг хянан шийдвэрлэсэн байна. Авлига, албан тушаалын гэмт хэрэг үйлдсэн хүнд оногдуулсан торгох ялын хүрээнд нийт 1 тэрбум 102 сая 544 мянган төгрөгийг улсын төсөвт оруулахаар шүүхээр шийдвэрлэсэн байна.

Авлигын хэрэгт ял шийтгүүлэгчдийн 52.9 хувь нь төрийн албан хаагч, 71.9 хувь нь 31-50 настай иргэд байна.

Мөн хахууль авах, хахууль өгөх, татвар төлөхөөс зайлсхийх, цахим мэдээллийн аюулгүй байдлын эсрэг гэмт хэрэг тус тус ӨССӨН дүнтэй гарсан байна.
