ОХУ Украинд явуулж буй дайнд амссан цэргийн хохирлоо нөхөх үүднээс хэсэгчилсэн дайчилгаа зарласан нь Оросын иргэдийг багагүй цочроож, эсэргүүцэл, жагсаал цуглаан гарч байсны дээр дайчлагдсан эрчүүдийн ээж, эхнэрүүд нэгдэн "Ээжүүд, эхнэрүүдийн зөвлөл" нэртэй хөдөлгөөнийг байгуулсан юм.
