Тус улсад Монгол Улсын 9 иргэн хорих ял эдэлж байгаагаас хулгайлах гэмт хэрэгт 8-10 жил хүртэл хорих ялаар шийтгүүлсэн 8, хууль бусаар олж авсан бусдын эд хөрөнгийг захиран зарцуулах гэмт хэрэгт 3 жил хорих ялаар шийтгүүлсэн 1 иргэн хорих ял эдэлж байна.
Уулзалтын үеэр дээрх иргэдээс хоёр орны нийгэм ахуйн соёлын ялгаатай байдлын улмаас учирч байгаа хүндрэл, хоол хүнсний бэрхшээлийн талаар санал хүсэлт гаргасныг хорих ангийн удирдлагад болон БНСВУ-ын Ардын дээд прокурорын газрын Эрүүгийн шүүхийн шийдвэрийн биелэлтэд хяналт тавих газрын холбогдох албан тушаалтнуудад уламжилж, анхаарч үзэхийг хүсчээ.
Мөн хорих ял эдэлж байгаа Монгол Улсын иргэдийн үлдсэн ялыг эх оронд нь үргэлжлүүлэн эдлүүлэх асуудлыг гэмт хэрэг үйлдсэн нөхцөл байдал, учруулсан хохирол, түүний нөхөн төлөлт, хорих ял биечлэн эдэлсэн хугацаа зэргийг харгалзан үзэж тус улсын дотоодын хууль тогтоомж болон хоёр улсын Засгийн газар хооронд 2018 онд байгуулсан “Ялтан шилжүүлэх тухай гэрээ”-ний дагуу шийдвэрлэж байх талаар 2 улсын прокурорын эрх бүхий албан тушаалтнууд ярилцсан байна.
Монгол Улсын Эрүүгийн хуулиар хулгайлах гэмт хэрэгт оногдуулах хорих ялын дээд хэмжээ 5-12 жил байдаг бол БНСВУ-ын Эрүүгийн хуульд заасан энэ төрлийн гэмт хэрэгт оногдуулах ялын хэмжээ манай улсын хуулиас өндөр 12-20 жилийн хорих ялтай байдаг байна.
